Tillandsia kammii

One of the few airplants native to Honduras, Tillandsia Kammii is an attractive and relatively rare variety. Its stiff sword shaped leaves turn from silvery green to shades of pink and apricot around flowering time when Tillandsia Kammii produces spikes of light purple tubular flowers from a reddish inflorescence.

Very pretty plant, mine arrived just beginning to grow a red inflorescence and a few of the leaves have purple in them which was unexpected.
