Tillandsia balbisiana

Tillandsia Balbisiana has long, flat leaves which can vary greatly in height.  A robust airplant that can get quite tall, this airplant likes plenty of light and somewhat less water than many other Tillandsia. Similarly to Tillandsia Streptophylla, the leaves of Tillandsia Balbisiana grow more ‘curly’ in drier environments and become straighter when given more humidity, a testament to the adaptability of airplants.
