A small, slender air plant, Tillandsia caerulea is perfectly adapted to its native home in the arid regions of Peru and Equador where it forms large, dense clusters of slender, wispy plants. The delicate appearance of Tillandsia caerulea disguise its rugged toughness. Perfect for growing in a bright airy spot, Tillandsia caerulea requires only very light watering and must be allowed to dry quickly. Its delicate, sweetly scented light blue flowers are produced on a tall, fine flower spike and the flowers open gradually in succession over a period of upto several weeks.
