Vriesea correia-araujoi

A small Brazilian bromeliad, native to Rio de Janeiro. Grows to around 6″ tall. Produces salmon – red coloured bracts which blend into white at the tips. White flowers.

For potting, a good orchid compost is the simplest option. For mounting, a generous amount of sphagnum moss wrapped around the base of the plant will encourage rooting.
